Delivery

MetaLaunch sells access to digital Skills used inside your MetaLaunch account. We don't ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

A Skill is unlocked in your account as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few seconds. It then appears under Yours on the Skills page and in any connected Assistant.

Your Plan starts at that moment: 7 days for Sprint, 90 days for Pro.

Refresh the Skills page and make sure you're signed in with the account you paid from.

If the Skill still isn't there after 30 minutes, email ibrahim.khalil@metalaunchlabs.com with the payment reference from Razorpay's confirmation. If we can't unlock it, we refund you in full, as set out in our refunds policy.
