Cancellation and refunds

Your Profile, resumes, Docs, Applications and the Document hub are free, as is the Default Skill. There is nothing to cancel or refund for them, and you can stop using them at any time.

You can get a full refund within 24 hours of buying a Skill, as long as you haven't run it yet. This applies to both the Sprint and Pro Plans.

To request one, open the Skill's page in MetaLaunch and choose Refund. If the option isn't shown and you think you qualify, email ibrahim.khalil@metalaunchlabs.com with the Skill name and your order reference.

A refund ends your access to that Skill straight away. Once a Skill has been run, or 24 hours have passed, purchases aren't refundable, except where the law requires it or a fault on our side stopped you using it.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Razorpay. We start the refund as soon as you request it; your bank or card provider usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show it.

Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period, not subscriptions, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends when the Plan does.

When you upgrade a Sprint to Pro, we credit the unused part of your Sprint against the Pro price. The credit is the smaller of your unused time and your unused runs, in whole rupees, and the Pro price is never less than ₹1. Pro starts when you pay.

If money left your account but your Skill wasn't unlocked, or you were charged twice for the same thing, we refund the extra payment in full. Many of these are refunded automatically; if not, email us with the payment reference.

Payments made from outside India or in a currency other than rupees can't be accepted yet and are refunded automatically.
